That N-Word’s Crazy!

On the subway the other day, my nine year old observed a transgender person and became a little confused.  I explained the word “transgender” and asked her to repeat it.  Confident as always, she dove right in, “TranSPLENDOR.”  I had a notion to agree and say, “Yes, transSPLENDID.”
